1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Pomofox ("the Service"). By accessing or using Pomofox, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Pomofox is operated by Zaur Ibrahimov ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Pomofox is an online Pomodoro timer application that helps users track productivity, create tasks, and view statistics. The Service may evolve and be updated over time.

3. User Accounts and Google Login

To access certain features, you may sign in using your Google account. By doing so, you authorize Pomofox to access your basic Google profile information such as your name, email, and profile image.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Be responsible for your account activity
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if Terms are violated.

4. Age Requirements

The Service is intended for users 13 years and older. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and such accounts will be removed if discovered.

5. User Content (Tasks & Statistics)

Users may create tasks and utilize productivity features. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display it for functionality of the Service.

You agree not to upload or use the Service for:

• Illegal activity
• Harmful or abusive behavior
• Attempts to disrupt or harm the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, code, features, and design of Pomofox are the property of Zaur Ibrahimov. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Attempt to bypass security or access data that is not yours

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, loss of productivity, or similar claims arising from use of the Service.
